Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

All shipments include a tracking number sent to your email once the order has shipped.

Shipping Fees

• Flat Rate: $8 per order

• Free Shipping: Orders over $150 (domestic U.S.)

International shipping rates may vary and will be calculated at checkout.

Please ensure research compounds are allowed in your country before placing an order.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

You can track your package on the carrier’s website.

 

Lost or Damaged Packages

• We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged after shipping.

• If your package is lost in transit, please contact the carrier with your tracking number.

For damaged packages, contact support immediately.
